Altima Partners Ltd ("Altima Partners", "we", "us") is a health economics and market access consultancy registered in England and Wales.

For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through our direct dealings with clients and contacts. You can reach us about anything in this policy at sales@altimapartners.co.uk.
The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and asks you for nothing. There is no sign-up, no account and no contact form. If you want to reach us you send an email, and we then hold that email in the ordinary way any business holds its correspondence.
What we collect on this website
Information you give us
Only what you choose to put in an email to us. That is normally your name, your email address, your employer and whatever you tell us about the work you have in mind.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server request data (IP address, timestamp, page requested, referring page, browser user agent) for the purposes of delivering the site, security and aggregate traffic counts. We do not use this data to identify or profile individual visitors.

None of these set advertising cookies on our behalf. Data handled by our processors may be transferred outside the UK; where it is, the transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or on adequacy regulations.
Data in our consulting work
Our analytical products are built from published, aggregate and official sources: national prescribing and reimbursement datasets, published HTA decisions, public disease registers, statistical agency outputs and the peer-reviewed literature. We do not hold, process or seek patient-identifiable data, and the figures published on this site are population or market-level statistics.
Where a client engagement would require us to handle personal data, that is governed by the engagement contract and a separate data processing agreement, in which we normally act as processor on the client's instructions.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, namely our website host, our email and productivity provider, and our accountants. We will also disclose data where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and ask for portability where it applies. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client work is held in access-controlled storage, project data is segregated by engagement, and access is limited to the people working on that engagement.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people we hold data about will be notified directly where we hold contact details.
