Last updated 17 August 2026. These terms govern your use of altimapartners.co.uk. Consulting engagements are governed by their own signed contract, not by this page.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Altima Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number: 17182962
- Contact: sales@altimapartners.co.uk
2. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may read, download and print material from this site for your own business or research purposes, and you may quote from it with attribution to Altima Partners. You may not republish substantial parts of it, present it as your own, systematically scrape or bulk-extract the data behind our interactive tools, or use it to build a competing data product. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system connected to it.
3. Information, not advice
The analyses, datasets, articles and interactive tools on this site are published for general information. They are not consulting advice, medical advice, regulatory advice, legal advice or investment advice, and they are not a recommendation about any medicine, company or security.
Nothing here is promotional material for any medicine. Where a product is named it is named as the subject of published pricing, prescribing or health technology assessment data. Prescribing decisions must be based on the approved product information in the relevant market.
You should not act on anything published here without taking advice appropriate to your own circumstances. Reading this site does not create a client relationship.
4. About the data
Our published figures are derived from official and public sources, including national prescribing and reimbursement datasets, published health technology assessment decisions, national statistical agencies, public disease registers and the peer-reviewed literature. Each page states its sources and the period covered.
Source data changes, is revised and is sometimes republished by its owners. Classifications applied by us, for example how we group a decision outcome, are our own interpretation and are described on the relevant page. We take care over accuracy but we do not warrant that the figures are complete, current or free from error, and you should verify anything material against the original source, which we link wherever we can.
Third party data is used under the terms of its own licence, including the Open Government Licence for United Kingdom public sector data. Those licences and the attributions are set out on the pages where the data appears. Where a licence prevents us from republishing a source's text or figures, we publish only our own classification and a link.
5. Intellectual property
The design of this site, our written analysis, our charts, our data models and the Altima Partners name and marks belong to Altima Partners Ltd or are used under licence. Underlying public data remains the property of its original publisher under that publisher's terms.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we do not accept liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, and in particular for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings. The site is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
This clause does not apply to consulting engagements. Liability for work we are contracted to perform is set out in the contract for that work.
7. Links
We link to external sources so you can check our work. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. You may link to our pages, provided you do so fairly and do not imply an endorsement or association that does not exist.
8. Changes
We may change this site or these terms at any time. The version published here is the version that applies, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
